* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, refunds will not be issued.

What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

* If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.

* Exchanges are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. There is a $40 restock fee on any unused wig sent back for exchange or refund at Custom Crowns Collection LLC discretion.

Please note: For any custom colored unit, when being replicated the color will be close but not exact as different bundles lift and colors differently, but I will try to get it close to the same.
