Our customer service hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (MST).


Payment Processing Policy

We are not responsible for unverified payments. If we are unable to verify your payment within 5–7 business days, your order will be automatically canceled and a full refund will be issued. Please ensure your billing information is accurate and up to date.


Ready-to-Ship Wigs

All Ready-to-Ship wigs are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.


Disclaimers

  • Custom Colored Units: Due to variations in how different hair bundles lift and hold color, custom-colored units may vary slightly from the original. Every effort will be made to match the color as closely as possible.

  • Cap Size Accuracy: We are not responsible for units that do not fit properly due to incorrect cap size selection at the time of purchase. Please refer to our measurement chart and YouTube tutorial before ordering.

  • Third-Party Vendors: Custom Crown Collection LLC is not liable or responsible for any transactions, issues, or disputes between you and any third-party vendors listed in our Vendor List. All questions or concerns regarding these vendors should be directed to the company from which the purchase was made.
