- A soft measuring tape
- A mirror or a friend to help

The 5 Key Measurements

      1. Circumference
Measure around your hairline: start at your forehead, go behind your ears, around the nape, and the back.

       2. Front to Nape
From the center of your forehead to the base of your neck.

       4. Ear to Ear (Over Crown)
From one ear to the other, over the crown of your head.

       5. Temple to Temple (Around Back)
From one temple, around the back of your head, to the other temple.
